What's Changing?
We've upgraded our in-store POS system. As part of this transition, our membership system is moving from email-based accounts to mobile phone number-based accounts.
This means all existing member accounts have been reset, and we kindly ask you to re-register using your mobile phone number.
We understand this may be inconvenient, and we're very sorry. Please know this decision was not made lightly — it was made to provide you with a better, more reliable experience going forward.
Why Are We Making This Change?
1. Purchase History & Member Pricing
The new system allows us to link your purchases directly to your membership. This means we can now offer exclusive member pricing on selected products and keep an accurate record of your purchase history — something that was not possible with the previous system.
2. Reliable Login, Even In-Store
Many of our members experienced difficulties receiving email-based login codes (OTP) while inside the store, due to limited internet connectivity. By switching to SMS-based verification, you can now log in quickly and reliably using your mobile number — no Wi-Fi required.
3. A More Practical, Integrated Service
This upgrade connects your membership directly with our in-store systems, making your experience smoother — from checking your receipts online to accessing your digital membership card at the counter.
What Happens to My Previous Data?
We regret to inform you that previous account data (profile, purchase history) from the old system has been removed as part of this migration. We understand this is disappointing, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.
From now on, your new purchase records and membership benefits will be safely stored under your new account.
