Dream Market is committed to protecting your personal data. This page explains how users can request deletion of their account and associated membership data from the app or website.

2. App and Website Account Deletion

Users can request account deletion directly from either the app or the website.

• In the app: Account > Delete Account (회원탈퇴)
• On the website: Account > Delete Account (회원탈퇴)
• Phone verification (OTP) is required on both platforms
• After confirmation, access to the account, membership card, wallet, points, vouchers, receipts, and profile features may no longer be available

사용자는 앱 또는 웹사이트에서 계정 삭제를 직접 요청할 수 있습니다. 두 플랫폼 모두 휴대폰 인증이 필요하며, 삭제 확인 후 계정, 멤버십 카드, 월렛, 포인트, 바우처, 영수증 및 프로필 기능에 더 이상 접근할 수 없게 될 수 있습니다.

3. Types of Data Deleted or Deactivated

The following data will be deleted, deactivated, or disconnected from active account access where applicable:

• User profile and authentication records
• Membership card access and account preferences
• Device tokens for push notifications
• Marketing and service notification preferences
• Membership wallet access, point balance, point ledger, customer vouchers, voucher balances, voucher status, voucher event history, and receipt-link metadata
• Coupon and reward records linked to the deleted account
• Website and app access to receipts, purchase history, and tax invoice views

요청 시 아래 데이터는 적용 가능한 범위 내에서 삭제, 비활성화 또는 활성 계정 접근에서 분리됩니다:

• 회원 정보 및 인증 관련 데이터
• 멤버십 카드 접근 권한 및 계정 설정
• 푸시 알림용 디바이스 토큰
• 마케팅 및 서비스 알림 수신 설정
• 멤버십 월렛 접근 권한, 포인트 잔액, 포인트 내역, 고객 바우처, 바우처 잔액, 바우처 상태, 바우처 이용 내역 및 영수증 연결 정보
• 삭제된 계정과 연결된 쿠폰 및 리워드 기록
• 웹사이트/앱에서의 영수증, 구매 내역 및 세금계산서 조회 접근 권한

4. Records We May Need to Retain

Some records cannot always be deleted immediately or completely. We may retain transaction, tax invoice, receipt, payment, refund, reward, anti-fraud, audit, or support records where required or permitted by Australian law, accounting obligations, dispute handling, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate business record purposes.

5. Deletion Timing

After phone verification and final confirmation, we will process account deletion promptly. Some technical deletion, backup expiry, log rotation, or third-party processing steps may take additional time. During that period, retained data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and access will be restricted where practical.

휴대폰 인증 및 최종 확인 후 회사는 계정 삭제를 신속하게 처리합니다. 다만 기술적 삭제, 백업 만료, 로그 순환 또는 제3자 처리 과정에는 추가 시간이 소요될 수 있습니다. 이 기간 동안 보관되는 데이터는 개인정보처리방침에 따라 관리되며, 가능한 범위 내에서 접근이 제한됩니다.
