1. Introduction

Welcome to Dream Market ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our mobile app and website services. By using the Dream Market app or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

드림마켓(이하 "회사")에 오신 것을 환영합니다. 본 약관은 회사가 제공하는 모바일 및 웹 서비스(이하 "서비스") 이용에 관한 조건을 규정하며, 서비스 이용 시 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.

2. Service Overview

Dream Market provides customer-facing mobile app and website services, including account management, phone verification, digital membership card access, receipt viewing, promotional content, push notifications, and membership wallet features for points and vouchers. Additional features such as e-commerce may be added in the future.

드림마켓은 계정 관리, 휴대폰 인증, 디지털 멤버십 카드, 영수증 조회, 이벤트 및 공지 콘텐츠, 푸시 알림, 포인트 및 바우처를 위한 멤버십 월렛 기능을 포함한 모바일 및 웹 서비스를 제공합니다. 향후 이커머스 기능 등이 추가될 수 있습니다.

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for a general audience. Age information may be used for promotions and membership benefits but does not restrict access unless a specific promotion or law requires otherwise.

드림마켓 서비스는 일반 이용자를 대상으로 하며, 생년월일은 일부 프로모션 및 멤버십 혜택에 활용될 수 있습니다. 특정 프로모션 또는 법령에서 요구하는 경우를 제외하고 가입 자체에는 연령 제한이 없습니다.

4. Account and Access

To access certain features, you must register and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for ensuring your phone number remains current, as phone verification may be required for login, account deletion, wallet access, and in-store membership use.

일부 기능을 이용하기 위해 회원가입이 필요하며, 회원은 본인의 정보를 정확하게 제공해야 합니다. 로그인, 회원 탈퇴, 월렛 접근, 매장 내 멤버십 이용을 위해 휴대폰 인증이 필요할 수 있으므로, 회원은 본인의 휴대폰 번호를 최신 상태로 유지할 책임이 있습니다.

5. Membership Wallet, Points and Vouchers

The membership wallet allows signed-in members to view their current points, available vouchers, voucher balances, expiry dates, point history, voucher event history, and linked receipts where available.

멤버십 월렛은 로그인한 회원이 보유 포인트, 사용 가능한 바우처, 바우처 잔액, 만료일, 포인트 내역, 바우처 이용 내역 및 연결 가능한 영수증을 확인할 수 있도록 제공합니다.

• Points may be earned on eligible in-store purchases and may also be adjusted, reversed, redeemed, voided, or expired according to store policy, refund handling, system records, fraud prevention, or operational corrections.
• Point exchange rates, voucher amounts, eligibility rules, and promotional variations may differ by campaign, event, store policy, or notice shown in the app, on the website, or in-store.
• Point-exchange vouchers, refund vouchers, and promotional vouchers may have different validity periods. The current voucher balance, status, and expiry date shown in your wallet or on the voucher record apply.
• Expired vouchers cannot be used, reactivated, exchanged, or redeemed unless Dream Market agrees otherwise or the law requires it.
• Points and vouchers are not cash, cannot be converted to cash, cannot be used as cash outside the permitted Dream Market redemption process, are not transferable, and cannot be sold except where required by law.
• We may correct reward errors, refuse suspected misuse, and update reward rules by providing notice through the app, website, or in-store communication.

포인트 및 바우처에는 다음 조건이 적용됩니다:

• 포인트는 적립 대상 매장 구매에 대해 적립될 수 있으며, 매장 정책, 환불 처리, 시스템 기록, 부정 이용 방지 또는 운영상 정정에 따라 조정, 환수, 사용, 취소 또는 만료될 수 있습니다.
• 포인트 교환율, 바우처 금액, 자격 조건 및 이벤트성 변형 규칙은 캠페인, 이벤트, 매장 정책 또는 앱, 웹사이트, 매장 고지에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
• 포인트 교환 바우처, 환불 바우처 및 프로모션 바우처는 서로 다른 유효기간이 적용될 수 있습니다. 월렛 또는 바우처 기록에 표시되는 현재 잔액, 상태 및 만료일이 적용됩니다.
• 만료된 바우처는 드림마켓이 별도로 승인하거나 법에서 요구하는 경우를 제외하고 사용할 수 없으며, 재활성화, 교환 또는 환급되지 않습니다.
• 포인트와 바우처는 현금이 아니며, 현금화할 수 없고, 허용된 드림마켓 사용 절차 외에서 현금처럼 사용할 수 없으며, 법에서 요구하는 경우를 제외하고 양도하거나 판매할 수 없습니다.
• 회사는 리워드 오류를 정정하고, 부정 이용이 의심되는 사용을 거절하며, 앱, 웹사이트 또는 매장 고지를 통해 리워드 규칙을 변경할 수 있습니다.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Harass or harm other users
• Post or transmit harmful, obscene, or offensive content
• Interfere with system operation or network security
• Attempt to misuse, duplicate, sell, transfer, or manipulate points, vouchers, receipts, or membership benefits

회원은 다음과 같은 행위를 하지 않아야 합니다:

• 불법적인 목적을 위한 서비스 이용
• 다른 이용자에 대한 괴롭힘 또는 피해 유발
• 음란, 혐오, 폭력 등의 콘텐츠 게시
• 시스템 운영 방해 또는 보안 침해 시도
• 포인트, 바우처, 영수증 또는 멤버십 혜택의 부정 사용, 중복 사용, 판매, 양도 또는 조작 시도

7. Content Ownership

All content on the service is the intellectual property of Dream Market or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any materials without permission.

서비스에 포함된 모든 콘텐츠는 회사 또는 제3자의 지적 재산으로, 사전 허가 없이 복제, 변경, 배포할 수 없습니다.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, misuse membership benefits, or create risk to service integrity. You may close your account at any time. Account closure may remove access to membership wallet data, points, vouchers, receipts, and purchase history, subject to any records we must retain by law.

회원이 본 약관을 위반하거나 멤버십 혜택을 부정 이용하거나 서비스 안정성에 위험을 초래하는 경우, 회사는 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 계정을 해지할 수 있습니다. 회원은 언제든지 계정을 자진 탈퇴할 수 있으며, 탈퇴 시 법적으로 보관해야 하는 기록을 제외하고 멤버십 월렛, 포인트, 바우처, 영수증 및 구매 내역에 대한 접근이 제한될 수 있습니다.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream Market shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential damages
• User-generated content
• Service interruptions due to external causes (e.g., server failure, third-party outage)
• Temporary unavailability of points, vouchers, wallet balances, receipts, or linked records caused by maintenance, network issues, system syncing, or third-party services

관련 법률이 허용하는 최대한의 범위 내에서 회사는 다음 사항에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다:

• 간접적 또는 부수적 손해
• 회원이 생성한 콘텐츠
• 외부 요인(서버 장애, 제3자 문제 등)에 의한 서비스 중단
• 점검, 네트워크 문제, 시스템 동기화 또는 제3자 서비스로 인한 포인트, 바우처, 월렛 잔액, 영수증 또는 연결 기록의 일시적 조회 불가

10. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms, including membership and reward rules. Changes will be notified through the app, website, or in-store communication. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.

회사는 멤버십 및 리워드 규칙을 포함하여 본 약관을 수시로 변경할 수 있으며, 변경사항은 앱, 웹사이트 또는 매장 고지를 통해 안내합니다. 변경 후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하는 경우, 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

본 약관은 호주 뉴사우스웨일스주 법률에 따라 해석되며, 관련 분쟁은 NSW 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.
