DS Scallops Salad (Thawed) (I)

Daiei Stamina Hotate, featuring chewy scallops and crisp vegetables tossed in a rich, savoury seasoning.

The satisfying texture of scallops pairs beautifully with crunchy chives and vegetables, while the savoury and slightly spicy seasoning brings everything together with a delicious depth of umami.

Ready to enjoy after thawing with no additional cooking required, it makes a great side dish or accompaniment to drinks. Enjoy it over warm rice as a Stamina Hotate Rice Bowl, pair it with seaweed, or add it as a flavourful topping to bibimbap.
